GE Referral Partner Network™

Referral Partner Agreement

Draft DRAFT-2026-10 — pending legal review

This is a working draft for review before launch. It is not final and will be replaced by the approved agreement.

  1. Free Participation

Joining the GE Referral Partner Network is free. No membership, enrollment fee, subscription, or course purchase is required, and there is no annual renewal fee.

  2. Approval Required

Participation requires GE approval and an executed current agreement. Applications are never approved automatically.

  3. Good Standing

Partners must keep registration information accurate, follow referral and marketing guidelines, complete required tax and payout information before payment, have no unresolved fraud, misrepresentation, or compliance issues, and not be suspended or terminated. An annual review and agreement acknowledgment is required.

  4. Independent Parties

Partners are independent parties, not GE employees, agents, or representatives.

  5. No Regulated Advice

Partners do not receive permission to provide financial, investment, insurance, legal, or tax advice on behalf of GE, and participation does not authorize anyone to sell securities, insurance, retirement products, or financial services.

  6. Commission Scope

A 25% one-time commission applies only to qualifying new GE Private Wealth Club enrollment revenue actually received. A 10% recurring commission applies only to qualifying monthly GE Private Wealth Club membership payments that are successfully paid by a referred member. No commission applies to any other GE product or service.

  7. Recurring Commission Eligibility

Recurring commissions accrue only for successfully paid membership invoices while the referred member remains actively subscribed and the partner remains approved and in good standing. An active subscription without a successful payment earns nothing. Recurring commissions are not guaranteed lifetime payments and end when the qualifying subscription or the partner's compensation eligibility ends.

  8. Holding, Refunds & Disputes

Commissions are subject to a holding period. Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, cancellations, and disputed transactions can reduce, delay, or reverse commission eligibility for the affected payment.

  9. Regulated Professionals

Recurring compensation arrangements involving financial professionals, financial institutions, or regulated professional activities require legal review before activation. Approval as a partner does not mean a partner is legally eligible to receive ongoing referral compensation in every circumstance.

  10. Disclosures & Approved Materials

Partners must disclose their referral compensation where required and may only use approved GE marketing claims and materials.

  11. Business Partners

Commissions earned through a business partner account are payable to the business. Individual employees are not personally entitled to referral payments merely because their employer is a registered partner.

  12. Suspension & Termination

GE may suspend or terminate participation according to this agreement.

  13. Applicable Law

Applicable laws, employer policies, licensing restrictions, and professional obligations take precedence over program eligibility.
